It's been a pleasure & a privilege to have been asked to pilot iPad 1to1. Bad news: Apple Id accounts were a "pain". Good news: Kids responses are some the best I've seen in years when posting to interactive online sites like Edmodo. More good news to come. It's really changing the way I teach my students.

I was going to teach something today, but all my students want to do is talk about iPads.  I need to establish some guidelines for my class.  I really don't know what to expect, so how can I establish guidelines?  Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Okay... I assigned 70kids to join Edmodo.  Gave the assignment at 11 this morning, by almost 11 this evening 40 students have created accounts and are completing assignments ahead of schedule.  Can hardly wait to get iPads and do stuff in real time.
